As detailed in our terms and conditions FREE health checks are subject to the computer POSTING (power on self test) if your computer does not turn on and give a display on screen we will still check as much as possible for free but may have to ask you to agree to a small minimum spend for us to continue with fault finding, if this is the case we will discuss the matter in detail with you before continuing work.
