Warranty
Alfreton Computers offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our repairs, and products sold
- All hardware repairs such as soldering and circuit board repair work carry a 90 day warranty.
- All new parts fitted carry a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise on your paperwork (certain exceptions apply such as LCD screens and batteries where manufacturers may not offer a full 12 month warranty).
- Software repairs, if you feel we may have overlooked something please let us know within 90 days of the repair, although its hard to give a warranty on software repairs, (we cannot protect you from user error for instance) we are always sympathetic and willing to help.
If you believe you have a warranty claim
- Let us know right away, you will need to return the item to us for a free assessment to determine the fault.
- If the item is determined to be faulty and you are within your warranty period we will repair it again free of charge.
- If you purchased an item, the item is determined to be faulty and you are within your warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge.
- If we are unable to repair or replace a refund or alternative item will be offered.
- If we have to recover your data for you there may be a charge for the service.
data protection
It is not our policy to collect information other than what is needed to serve your needs as our customer, your name and physical address and a telephone number so we can call you, we do not collect any financial information (debit or credit cards) on this website or process any financial information in any way.
We do not log IP numbers on this website other than temporary logs that are automatically used and deleted by the server software.
We do not send out marketing emails and we will never give your information to a third party
